Hotel Knowledge Base

Shift Reports

Email a summary of guest activity at the end of each shift (or at custom times). Useful for handing the morning manager what happened overnight.
Comma list or one per row. If empty, defaults to your admin login email.
The table is always in the email body. Optionally attach a copy as PDF and/or Excel for archiving or sharing.
Each shift's report covers from its From time to when the trigger fires. Shifts cannot overlap. For a 24-hour shift use e.g. 19:00 → 18:59.
